RETURN POLICY

Cancellations
We are happy to accept cancellations and provide a full refund if your order has not yet been shipped or produced. However, we cannot cancel orders that are already in transit.

Returns
You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your goods.
For a successful return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is necessary. Please ensure you do not mail the item back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and email you with the result (approval or rejection).
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 1-5 days for the funds to appear in your account.

Haven't Received Your Refund?
If your refund is late, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, as processing delays often occur on their end.
